Rebecca CarleyNutritional Therapist

Rebecca Carley is a registered Nutritional Therapist, having graduated with a BSc in Nutritional Therapy from the University of West London. She is registered and regulated by BANT and the CNHC and works to a strict code of conduct. Nutritional Therapy is a complementary therapy that works alongside your primary healthcare provider. It looks for any imbalances that may be present and contributing to health issues and considers any symptoms you may be experiencing as a whole. Every person is unique and there is no one size fits all fix. This therapy is individual to you, and together Rebecca will work out your personalised dietary recommendations and lifestyle plan.

Rebecca can help with a range of dietary and lifestyle conditions, such as low energy and tiredness, skin issues, hormone health, migraines and inflammation. She works with people who are experiencing weight and stress issues and helps to identify any imbalances that may be taking place. Rebecca has also undertaken training in eating disorders and disordered eating, more recently becoming a licensed practitioner with the Understanding Your Eating programme. This is a 5-week course that helps you to understand how you might be using food to manage feelings or situations in your life. As a licensed practitioner, Rebecca will work with you to explore how you use food in your life and how you can find alternative ways to cope without using food. Having struggled with her own eating issues throughout her life, she has a deep understanding of how difficult it can be to experience weight and food difficulties.

Rebecca can be contacted at info@leafnutritionaltherapy.co.uk or by phone on 07565 253375.
